A: GENERAL QUESTIONS

Tap2Go is a food delivery service that brings delicious local flavors right to your doorstep. With just a tap, you can satisfy your cravings with fast and fresh deliveries.

Simply download our app or browse our website, explore menus from your favorite local restaurants, select your items, and proceed to checkout. It’s that easy!

The tracking page link is sent to you by email, SMS, or WhatsApp when the driver clicks on the start delivery button on the driver panel. The tracking page is available only for out-for-delivery orders. It won’t be available for any other order statuses, and the page will redirect to the site’s homepage. On the tracking page, you’ll see a map with your shipping address, pickup address, and the driver’s position if available. You’ll also see an estimated arrival time and the driver’s details. Once the driver tracking is available, you can track the driver’s position on the map every 2 minutes, with monitoring every 1 minute in the last 10 minutes of the delivery.

B: ACCOUNT AND ORDERS

2. Create an account: Sign up using your email or social media accounts.

3. Set and pick a location: Enter your delivery location for accurate service.

4. Choose your interests: Select your favorite cuisines and preferences.

5. Browse restaurants: Explore menus from local restaurants.

6. Add items to your cart: Select the dishes you want to order.

7. Proceed to checkout: Review your order and proceed.

8. Select your delivery address: Confirm where you want your food delivered.

9. Choose a payment method: Select from various payment options like GCash, Paymongo, Paymaya, Grab Pay, and major credit/debit cards.

10. Place your order: Finalize and submit your order.

11. Track your order: Use the tracking link sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

12. Receive your delivery: Enjoy your meal delivered to your doorstep!

Orders can be canceled or modified within a few minutes of placing them. Once the restaurant starts preparing your food, changes cannot be made. Contact customer support for assistance.

After your order is delivered, you’ll have the option to leave a review and rate the restaurant in the app or through the website.

C: DELIVERY

Our delivery hours vary by restaurant. Generally, we operate from 10 AM to 9 PM. Check the specific restaurant’s hours in the app for more details.

We deliver within Laguna area. Enter your address in the website or app to see if we service your area.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the restaurant’s preparation time. Typically, you can expect your food within 30-60 minutes.

Yes, a delivery fee is applied to each order. The fee varies based on your location and the restaurant. You can view the delivery fee before placing your order.

D: PAYMENTS

We accept GCash, Paymongo, Paymaya, Grab Pay, and major credit/debit cards. Choose your preferred payment method at checkout.

Yes, we do! You can choose the pick-up option during checkout if you prefer to collect your order directly from the restaurant.
